Our IGBT-based Power Quality Restorer (PQR) is built ground-up to satisfy the exacting standards of RDSO’s IS/RDSO-TI/0002:2023, ensuring Indian Railways achieves optimal power factor, harmonic mitigation, and demand management.

Design Compliance

Available in Direct 25kV LV Bus Connection.
Rated for 52kV insulation class for direct 25kV integration.
Incorporates active harmonic filters, IGBT-based VAR compensation, and modular VSC control.
Fully compatible with Scott-Connected & V-Connected Transformer layouts.

Integrated Monitoring & Reporting

No external PQ meter needed — our PQR control panel provides on-board Class A measurements per IEC 61000-4-30 Ed 3.1.
Measures & logs:

o PQR RMS & harmonic currents
o Grid voltage, source/load PF & THD
o Real-time power flow (active & reactive)

Built for Harsh Conditions:

Operating range: -10°C to 50°C, 100% humidity
Surge-proof design with 42kV ZnO LA and Type-B surge protectors
Designed to withstand 350-micron vibration peaks from trackside installations

Full Scope Covered:

Design, manufacture, supply, testing, and commissioning
All 25kV equipment including CTs, PTs, CBs, LA, and steel structures
Civil works, erection, training & SCADA integration included
Verified performance under actual grid conditions
